The double degree in Environmental Sciences + Marine Sciences and Technologies offers a complete training in the management of the terrestrial and marine environment. You will learn oceanography and marine ecology, and you will apply the best technology to the study and conservation of the marine environment. You will study the environment from a scientific perspective.
This program combines key scientific and technical knowledge to meet today's challenges. This double degree is taught at the Gandia campus, where you will have access to specialized laboratories and modern facilities in the port sheds, and you will be able to carry out internships at sea.
This double degree qualifies you to develop your professional activity in the environmental and marine sector in companies or in the public administration.

Related to Marine Sciences and Technologies, you will be able to integrate as a professional in companies in the oceanographic sector, agri-food (fishing and aquaculture), blue economy, and environmental management.

You will have the opportunity to carry out internships in a wide variety of companies and institutions in the environmental and marine sector, including abroad. This activity allows you to obtain elective credits or to develop your final degree project. All internships include financial support and facilitating job placement.
With this double degree, you will be able to access various university master's degrees at the UPV. The Gandia campus offers the Master's Degree in Assessment and Environmental Monitoring of Marine and Coastal Ecosystems, and the Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teacher. Other master's degrees taught at the Vera campus (Valencia) are: Environmental Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering and Environment, Aquaculture, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Energy Technologies for Sustainable Development.
