INSTITUTIONAL WELCOME DAY - campus Valencia
2025-2026 (Semester A / First Semester / Winter Semester )
The Institutional Welcome Day for new students at the Valencia campus (Vera campus) will take place:
Thursday, September 4, 2025, 10:00 a.m. room "Paraninfo" (building 3C, 1st floor) *
* The Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 350 people. In September, we expect approximately 1,100 new exchange students. Only those who arrive well in advance will be allowed to enter the room.
The session will be streamed live and on the Monday after the Welcome Day, you will find the recording of the event and all the presentations on this websites for download.
Session content (approximately 10:00-11:30)
- Welcome speech by UPV authorities
- Information and advice from the Valencia Local Police
- Presentation of (Erasmus Student Network), a student volunteer association that organizes the event
- Presentation by the central office for Mobility Programs (OPII): university services, registration in the courses (subjects), Spanish courses, emergencies and healthcare system, IT resources (Wi-Fi, network unit, intranet, Poliforma-T platform, assessment and exam system).
